Mission Statement

The mission of this program is to minimize symptoms as well as to help prevent the deterioration of lung function associated with (COPD) Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease both in patients who have been diagnosed with COPD and for thoses who are at risk for developing the disease later in life. Additionaly, the program is designed to improve the quality of life while assisting the in the self-management of the disease process.

This program serves as a pathway to assist clinicians and thier patients in moving toward greater self-management of COPD by combining education and therapy.
